I have been authorized by Packt to make “Chapter 10 Migrating from Apache” from the book available here.

I hope you find this PDF to be beneficial, and to give you a rough idea as to what the book covers.

Full disclosure: I am not affiliated with the Lighttpd project or Packt Publishing. I was the first maintainer of Lighttpd for Windows, and as such, Packt is providing me with a hard copy of the book.

I am not necessarily endorsing the book, but I am hoping that you find the Chapter 10 PDF valuable. If you do like it, by all means order the hard copy book or the eBook. Thanks, and please let me know what you think in the comments.
