The last available Lighttpd for Windows build that I created using Cygwin was Lighttpd for Windows 1.4.17. Updated September 29, 2009.
The WLMP Project has released lighttpd for Windows version 1.4.16.

Note: I have provided the Windows port of lighttpd myself for the past 2 years, prior to this release. When I first started compiling lighttpd for Windows, there was no other publicly available, freely downloadable port. I provided it simply as a convenience and to give something back to the open source community.
Now that a larger project exists to provide essentially the same thing I was providing, I have decided to step aside and no longer build or release lighttpd for Windows.
