Nginx 0.7.28 for Windows is now available. It was built with Cygwin on Vista (32-bit). It works on 32-bit versions of Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Windows 2000, and other similar versions.
In this 0.7.28 release, I’ve added in support for the upload_progress module. Try it out, and leave me feedback.
