Nginx 0.7.38 for Windows is now out. For build information, please read the included README.txt file which is a partof the install package, and also read the notes on the Nginx for Windows download page.
NOTE: there was not a Windows version of Nginx for 0.7.36 or 0.7.37, due to the quick releases upstream. Windows version jump from 0.7.35 to 0.7.38.
