I added a lot of pictures to the band’s website from the rehearsal studio and from 2 shows: one back in July 2004, and one from a few weeks ago back on February 5th.
If you look carefully, you may even find rare pictures of me sporting a mohawk.

Muahaha! I didn’t know you were a drummer, man… me too!
Now, if only there were some SOUNDS we could download…

We cut a 7 song EP/demo/mini-album back in December 2003, but we haven’t released any songs to the web yet since we are still in the process of copyrighting our tunes. I’ll post a note to this blog when we have mp3s available for download and your enjoyment.
Hm, what are you doing to copyright them? Everything created after 1989 in the USA (and most other countries) is automatically covered by the Berne Copyright Convention, which says that you own the copyright on any creative work the moment you create it.
There are forms available on http://www.copyright.gov that you can fill out, and send in along with a recording of your songs. It’s possible to copyright each song individually or the whole album.
I did not know about the Berne Copyright Convention by name, but I believed the gist of it: that you own the copyright the moment you create the creative work. My bandmates however are determined to copyright our songs in the way I mentioned above. Maybe I can convince them that we’re covered by the BCC and get some tunes up on the website a bit sooner. (:
