Nginx 1.0.3 for Windows is now ready for download. It was built on Windows 7 Ultimate (32-bit and 64-bit for the respective versions of Nginx) using Cygwin.
As always, the source code can be downloaded from nginx.org. The Changelog from nginx.org is as follows:

uwsgi_cache_bypass and proxy/fastcgi/scgi/uwsgi_no_cache directive
values were different; the bug had appeared in 0.8.46.
